To make sure everyone enjoys a safe, peaceful, and comfortable stay, please review and follow these simple house guidelines: ✨ General Home Rules * Our home is strictly for registered guests only—no parties, events, gatherings, or visitors are permitted. * Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere inside the home or near open windows and doors. Smoke detection devices are in place, and extra cleaning fees & $500 smoking violation fee apply if violated. * For safety and security, please do not touch or disable any of the outdoor cameras, smoke detectors, or safety equipment. * Quiet hours are observed from **10:00 PM to 9:00 AM** in accordance with local noise regulations. 👶 Children & Safety * Children must always be supervised by an adult. * There is no child safety fence or gate around the pool. * Guests take full responsibility for supervising minors near water and on hard surfaces. * Please avoid running near the pool or on wet areas to prevent slips or falls. 🏊 Pool Safety * Pool use is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty. * No diving, jumping, or horseplay. * Glass is not permitted near the pool or patio area. * Keep pool doors and gates closed when not in use. * Please report any issues or safety concerns immediately. 🧯 Emergency & Safety Equipment *A fire extinguisher is located on the property for your safety. * Do not disable smoke or carbon monoxide detectors at any time. 🍽️ Kitchen & Indoor Use * Please don’t leave cooking unattended. * Use all appliances with care as if they were your own. * Keep doors closed to keep out humidity, insects, and Florida wildlife. 🧼 Cleaning & Respecting the Home * Please be respectful of the home and its contents. * Any damages, stains, breakage, or missing items will be charged accordingly. * Only flush toilet paper—nothing else. * Excessive mess, odors, or smoke will result in additional cleaning charges. 🚪 Check-In & Check-Out * Check-in and check-out times must be followed unless approved in writing ahead of time. 🚗 Parking & Outdoor Etiquette * Park only in designated areas. * Keep outdoor noise to a minimum. * Respect our neighbors and the surrounding community. 📹 Exterior Security * Cameras are placed **outside only at the front of the property** for safety. * Tampering with or disabling devices may result in immediate cancellation. 🌴 Florida Wildlife * You may encounter mosquitoes, lizards, iguanas, or other wildlife outdoors. * Keep doors closed and avoid leaving food outside to prevent pests. ⚠️ Personal Responsibility * Guests assume responsibility for themselves and anyone in their group. * The host is not liable for injuries, accidents, or illnesses. * All amenities—including the pool, patio, and outdoor areas—are used at your own risk.
